EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the process in which a logo or design is stitched onto fabric using various types of threads.
The first step is to convert your design into a digital file using specialized software. It is called digitization and it creates instructions for the embroidery machine to follow.
Later a computerized embroidery machine moves the needles and threads precisely to create the desired patterns, shapes, and colours from the digitized file.
Embroidery works best for solid colour designs with simple bold elements rather than complex logos with high detail or tones.
The cost of embroidery is determined by the stitch count. Therefore it costs more to embroider a large, dense logo than it would be to embroider some text or a smaller logo.
Embroidered products not only look stunning, but also ‘feel’ premium. The raised, detailed, and textured 3D design adds depth and dimension to the fabric.
This distinct tactile experience sets it apart from other decorating methods.
Embroidered designs are tough and won’t lose their shape or shade even after lots of washing.
Embroidery is an industry standard for dress-down corporate apparel as well as an upscale addition to t-shirt designs, sports team uniforms, hoodies, company shirts and variety of types of clothing for promotions and advertisement.
