STANLEY/STELLA

Established in 2012, Stanley/Stella has become a leading figure in the European market for premium, sustainable blank apparel, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and unmatched quality.

With operations extending across four continents and a successful track record in Europe, the company is dedicated to redefining the standards for premium blank apparel, which is distinguished by its exceptional fit, aesthetic appeal, and remarkable decoration capabilities.

The essence of sustainability is embedded in the DNA of Stanley/Stella. Their philosophy maintains that there is no viable approach to textile production today that does not fully honor both people and the Earth, and prioritize fair labour practices.

We opted to join forces with Stanley/Stella because we align in our values and approach concerning environmental issues and the well-being of employees.

From the very beginning, Stanley/Stella have prioritized ethical practices and have worked diligently to master the entire value chain, thereby ensuring traceability from seed to garment.

The production process is conducted in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. This reflects the manufacturer’s commitment to upholding high environmental standards throughout the textiles supply chain while also ensuring compliance with social criteria.

Stanley/Stella holds certifications for GOTS, OE 100, OE Blended, GRS, PETA-Approved Vegan, OEKO TEX and REACH. The brand exclusively utilizes certified organic cotton along with other natural or recycled materials.

ORGANIC COTTON

The cotton utilized in the manufacturing of Stanley/Stella apparel is entirely organic and free from genetically modified organisms (GMO). This method consumes significantly less water and avoids the use of chemicals in comparison to conventional cotton, thereby promoting healthier soil for crop rotation. Additionally, byproducts from the cotton ginning process are repurposed for the animal feed sector.

RECYCLED COTTON

Stanley/Stella aims to reduce product waste during the production process and is committed to implementing circular business models, with recycled cotton being a significant component of this initiative. The company has also chosen to utilize its own fabric cutting waste to develop new products.

RECYCLED POLYESTER

The incorporation of polyester contributes to the stability of our sweatshirts, the durability of our accessories, and the production of our outerwear. Since 2018, Stanley/Stella has committed to using solely recycled polyester sourced from post-consumer PET bottles.

MODAL

Modal is a sustainable material characterized as a flexible, man-made cellulosic fiber, celebrated for its remarkable softness. TENCEL™ derives its fibers from naturally cultivated beech wood, employing an environmentally responsible pulp-to-fiber process that is energy self-sufficient and effectively recovers co-products.

GOTS CERTIFIED

GOTS upholds the labor standards established by the International Labour Organisation throughout every stage of the production process.

GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD

GRS attests that the materials incorporated are derived from recycled sources and guarantees alignment with social and environmental standards, including the treatment of wastewater, the elimination of particular toxic additives, and the assurance of suitable working conditions in all associated factories.

PETA CERTIFIED

All clothing items are crafted from 100% vegan materials and hold PETA Certification. This certification ensures that no animal testing is conducted on any ingredients, formulations, or final products.

OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED

The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 guarantees that all Stanley/Stella products are free from harmful chemical substances, as indicated by the “Confidence in Textiles” label. This independent testing and certification system verifies that all raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products meet this standard.
